An exclusive event at the illustrious Park Hyatt Melbourne in the charming Library room, complete with an open fireplace that added a touch of warmth and sophistication. This intimate gathering catered to 32 distinguished attendees and featured enriching presentations, expert-led panel discussions, and a vibrant networking session with premium drinks, specifically tailored for C-suite leaders and top executives. Our team provided dedicated onsite event management and staffed the registration desk, ensuring every detail was finely tuned for a seamless and memorable experience

Conference & Workshops

When the original venue unexpectedly became unavailable, we creatively transformed the rooftop bar at the Steyne Manly into an exceptional conference space. Situated on the upper levels, this venue boasts natural lighting and features an inviting outdoor deck with stunning views over Manly Beach. A centrally located bar added a unique touch to the setting, while the adjacent restaurant served perfectly as a breakout room for track sessions. What more could you ask for. Our team expertly managed all aspects of the event, from thorough pre-planning and onsite logistics to crafting sponsorship packages, coordinating speakers, and overseeing the registration process.

Conference & Pop Up University

We pulled off a fantastic two-day conference at the beautiful Deckhouse in Sydney. With over 200 attendees joining us, the event was buzzing! From savvy pre-event planning to dynamic event marketing and seamless onsite management, we had it all covered. Adding a unique touch, attendees enjoyed the convenience of arriving by water taxi. One of the highlights was the 'pop-up' university which featured three streams of classroom-style learning. This innovative approach allowed participants to dive deep into specialized topics, enhancing their knowledge and skills in a dynamic, interactive setting.

Industry Conference & Expo Space

We planned a dynamic three-day AI conference at the Crown Melbourne, tailored for the data science community. The event attracted over 200 attendees and featured a range of sponsors and exhibitors, each contributing to an enriching environment of innovation and learning. Our team expertly handled all aspects of the event—from meticulous pre-event planning and logistics to managing a smooth registration process and enhancing the attendee experience. We also successfully onboarded sponsors and exhibitors, and programmed the event app to ensure everything ran without a hitch. This conference was a hub of inspiration, learning, and networking for everyone involved.
